Title of position: Behavioral Health Therapist

Description of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Provides clinical services that include screenings, assessments, intake, treatment plan development and psychotherapy for mental health and / or substance use disorder.
  2. Provide mental health and / or substance use individual, family and group counseling services as assigned by supervisor.
  3. Maintains clinical records in accordance with all agency policies and procedures.
  4.  Maintains knowledge of all current policies and procedures of the agency.
  5.  Participates in case staffing with specified treatment teams.
  6.  Completes and submits all required case documentation within the specified timeframe as per agency policy.
  7.  Is responsible for providing coverage of the program’s 24-hour on-call crisis intervention services on a rotating schedule with other staff therapists.
  8. Maintains a caseload as assigned by supervisor.
  9. Participates in quarterly quality case reviews of client files.
  10. Participates in monthly clinical supervision with the Assistant Director of Behavioral Health and/or designee.

Qualifications for the position:

  1. Individual must have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
  2. Individual must be licensed or be qualified to be under supervision for licensure in the state of Oklahoma as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor / Mental Health (LADC /MH) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 10 hours of documented training in the area of addiction and its treatment.

Title of position: Detention / Sanctions Officer

Description of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Supervises residents, keeping them in close proximity and in visual and auditory contact at all times.
  2. Supervises the chores of each resident and ensures that the detention facility is properly maintained.
  3. Provides input to shift supervisor regarding daily activities and incidents related to residents.
  4. Assures that residents practice proper personal hygiene.
  5. Assures that residents maintain their schedule.
  6. Develops a thorough understanding of all security and emergency procedures.
  7. Participates in shift change and ensures that all pertinent information is passed on.
  8. Follows all detention / sanction policies and procedures.
  9. Performs housekeeping duties in defined areas and ensures that the facility is clean.
  10. Ensures that the shift supervisor is aware of all pertinent information that affects the health and well-being of residents and the safety and security of the facility.
  11. Reports any maintenance problems to the shift supervisor.
  12. Is responsible for ensuring that the physical and emotional needs of the residents are met on their shift, within the defined parameters of the detention center.
  13. Performs other duties as directed by the shift supervisor or program coordinator.
  14. Must wear a county-issued shirt.

Qualifications for the position: Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must pass a background check.

Supervisory relationships: Is under the direct supervision of the shift supervisor or the program coordinator.

Skills and knowledge required: The individual must be physically able to restrain a juvenile should it become necessary, have adequate visual and auditory skills to supervise residents, be physically able to stand on his/her feet for an entire eight hour shift and have skills necessary to operate the security devices in a safe and competent manner.

Personal qualities: Individual should have sufficient interpersonal skills to work closely with peers and residents.

Title of position: Youth Guidance Specialist

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Supervises residents at all times, by keeping them in close proximity and in visual and auditory distance at all times.
  2. Supervise the chores of teach resident and ensures that the group home is properly maintained.
  3. Informs shift supervisor of any pertinent information of daily activates, health and well-being of each residents.
  4. Ensures that resident practice proper personal hygiene daily.
  5. Ensures that residents maintain their schedule.
  6. Develops a thorough understanding of all security and emergency procedures.
  7. Participates in shift change and ensures that all pertinent information is documented and reported.
  8. Follows all group home policies and procedures.
  9. Performs housekeeping duties in defined areas and ensures that the facility is clean at all times.
  10. Informs shift supervisor of any safety, security issues, and all maintenance problems.
  11. Completes incidents reports, medication logs, daily logs, resident shift notations, and all program documentation that is applicable.
  12. Uses acquired knowledge to supervise and facilitation of recreation activities to achieve a desired outcome. Will become knowledgeable about recreation activities and how recreational activities are properly performed.
  13. Dresses appropriately for the position.
  14. Supports and promotes an environment for residents in need for substance abuse and co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of consumers who may have experienced trauma in their lives.

Skills and knowledge required: The individual must have adequate visual and auditory skills to supervise residents, possess well-developed oral and written skills. Must be able to work in a crisis situation, remain calm, and be able to defuse the situation if situation arises.

Personal qualities: Individuals should have sufficient interpersonal skills to work closely with both peers and residents.

Amount of travel and other special conditions or requirements: Travel may be required in order to obtain job-relevant training.

Hours per week: Flexible 40-hours per week, must be willing to work all shifts and on short notice.

Title of position: Probation Officer

Description of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Probation officer will provide juvenile intake/probation services to youth and families in Canadian County.
  2. Probation officer will provide transportation of juveniles as ordered by district court judge or as directed by supervisory staff.
  3.  Probation officer will provide screenings when juveniles are arrested by law enforcement and placed in detention is requested.
  4.  Probation office will provide intervention services to you and families and make referrals for services as necessary.
  5.  Probation office will be available to assist in the courtroom to maintain order and ensure efficiency for juvenile court dockets.
  6.  Probation offices will supervise and ensure the area contain the holding cells outside the courtroom are maintained and will monitor, supervise and transport any juvenile placed in this area to ensure the health, safety, and security of clients and staff with sight checks being made at least every 15 minutes.
  7.  Probation officer will be on call and carry the on-call cell phone on a rotation basis. Probation officer will be responsible for the cell phone being operational with fully-charged battery while on call. Probation officer will be available to provide transportation if needed.
  8.  Probation officer will maintain a working cell phone at all times.
  9.  Probation office will be at work 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the lunch break will be from noon until 1:00 p.m. Any changes must be approved by the supervisor in advance.
  10.  If unable to report to work, probation officer will speak directly to the director as to reason for absence prior to the time that you are required to report for duty.
  11.  Probation office will have all JOLTS screens updated for each and every client by Friday at 5:00 p.m. of each week.
  12.  Probation office will coordinate with other departments, agencies and parents to ensure juveniles who are placed in residential programs and who are involved with the bureau have all medical needs and supplies as well as all other needed supplies such as clothing, school work, etc.
  13.  Probation office will coordinate with other departments, agencies and parents to ensure they have all needed information and documentation on juveniles who are involved with the bureau.
  14.  Probation office will contact each juvenile assigned to him / her according to current supervision level as followed:
    •  Minimal – one time per month face-to-face
    •  Normal – two times per month face-to-face
    •  Medium – one time per week face-to-face
    •  Intensive Supervision – once daily, phone of face-to-face
  15.  Probation office will complete any other duties as directed by the Bureau Director.

Supervisory relationships: Probation officer report directly to the Bureau Director.

Skills and knowledge required: Individual should possess knowledge of adolescent development and be able to relate well to youth and their families. Individuals should have good time management and organization skills.

Prior experience required: Related work experience is a plus but not required.

Personal qualities: Be committed to working with a diverse staff and clientele. Must be committed to professional development and application of newly acquired relevant knowledge to work with staff and clients.

Amount of travel and special conditions or requirements: The intake / probation worker provides services in a variety of settings in the County, including clients’ home, at the Center and within the community as needed. Position requires some travel to perform their normal duties and to attend required trainings.

Hours per week: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. unless other arrangements are made with Bureau director ahead of time.

Title of position: Drug Screening Program Technician (Part Time)

Description of essential duties and responsibilities

  1. Closely observes, collects and tests urine samples
  2. Immediately addresses, voids test and reports any tampering, violations, etc.
  3. Ensures inventory is sufficient to meet demand of DSP
  4.  Maintains drug screening records, including client files, invoices, specimens, reports, results and control logs
  5.  Administers alcohol breathalyzer
  6.  Submits tests results and paperwork to outside agencies in a timely manner
  7.  Performs other duties as assigned
  8.  Works as scheduled by DSP Supervisor on a part-time (PRN) as needed basis, to include evenings and Saturday

 
Qualifications for the position: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Must pass background clearance. Must pass certification exams mandated by Drug Screening Program’s lab service providers.

Supervisory relationships: Reports directly to DSP Supervisor.

Skills and knowledge required: The individual must have adequate visual and auditory abilities to perform job duties effectively. Must have writing skills needed for completing paperwork. Must be able to stand for long periods, and be comfortable with close observation during urinalysis.

Experience required: No prior experience required; however, a medical or healthcare background is preferred.

Personal qualities: Must be able to maintain confidentiality to the highest degree. Must be supportive and sensitive to the culture of addiction, feelings and needs of DSP clients. Must be professional at all times when dealing with employees, outside agencies and authorities.

Amount of travel: Minimum travel may be required occasionally to attend training or to purchase supplies.

Title of position: Case Manager

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Provides intensive home- and community-based services to families participating in CHBS (Comprehensive Home-Based Services); coordinates a strengths-based, family-focused, child-centered process of service delivery.
  2. Maintains an open, service-focused collaborative relationship with staff of the local child welfare division of the Department of Human Services (DHS).
  3. Conducts intake with family along with assigned DHS worker.
  4. Assesses the family’s needs using multi-level assessment.
  5. Spends at least 40% to 50% of work hours providing services to families. A minimum of 75% of these hours are to be providing services in the client’s home.
  6. Provides structured intervention services including but not limited to the following: crisis intervention, supportive counseling, parenting education, family strengthening and problem-solving.
  7. Serves as an advocate for the family to support the case goals; attends court hearings, providing documentation regarding progress and activities of family as requested by DHS or the court.
  8. Assists family in accessing services from local and state agencies such as TANF, housing assistance, food stamps, medical coverage and services, educational and vocational services, mental health services, parenting skills training, substance abuse related services and domestic violence services.
  9. Completes all relevant paperwork in a timely manner including, but not limited to, progress notes and reports. (All time requirements are determined by the OCS/CHBS contract.)
  10. Perform at least 2 home visits per month under the observation of the Safecare Coach/Training and maintains National Safecare Home Visitor certification.
  11. Adheres to Center policy for courtroom conduct and dress code.

  1. Helps prepare a menu on a weekly basis that meets the nationally recommended food allowance and Nutritional School Lunch Program requirements
  2. Prepares meals for staff and residents.
  3. Keeps the kitchen clean, and assures that the food service meets all health standards.
  4. Helps with ordering, purchasing, and stocking foods necessary to meet the menu.
  5. Prepares special diets when directed by the food service supervisor or the program coordinator.
  6. Prepares special diets when directed by the food service supervisor or the director(s).
  7. Prepares snacks daily for staff to distribute in the evening.
  8. Prepares meals that meet requirements for the child nutrition program.
  9. Incorporates facility security procedures in the kitchen program. Continually works to improve security procedures and reports any security problems to the food service supervisor or program coordinator immediately.
  10. Counts and logs all utensils at least twice for every meal served to detention residents. Reports any discrepancies immediately.
  11. Helps supervise the residents during meals and when needed.
  12. Wears Detention issued shirts and closed two shows. Wears hairnet or designated Justice Center Cap.
  13. Assumes any other responsibilities as directed by the food service supervisor or program coordinator.

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Comes to work on a regular full-time basis
  2. Carries out daily inspection of facility to ensure it is maintained to the required standards
  3. Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by collecting and tasking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
  4. Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap)
  5. Wipe mirrors and window surfaces
  6. Cleans building exterior and windows.
  7. Operates buffer, wax stripper, floor scrubber, mop, broom, shampooer and vacuum cleaner.
  8. Reports any needed repairs to maintenance supervisor.
  9. Distributes and stores supplies in work area.
  10. Maintain outer premises by watering plants, mowing lawn, weed eating, edging and cleaning surfaces.
  11. Report major damages to Maintenance department.

Title of position: Detention Sanctions Shift Supervisor

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Inspects the detention facility daily to ensure that standards of cleanliness, fire health, safety and security are met and reports any problems to the director on duty or call.
  2. Checks the facility, appliances and equipment to ensure that everything is in good repair and reports any problems to the director on duty or on call.
  3. Conducts a resident count at both the beginning and end of each shift.
  4. Assumes responsibility for the keys of the facility. Ensures that all keys are accurately counted and present in the facility, twice on every shift.
  5. Supervises and evaluates detention/sanction officers on their shift, reporting any problems to the director on duty or on call.
  6. Responsible for dispensing medication to residents as directed by the medical authority.
  7. Coordinates with teachers and the program coordinators on schedules and resident information.
  8. Ensures that the shift supervisor is aware of all pertinent information that affects the health and well-being of residents and the safety and security of the facility.
  9. Assumes responsibility for the residents’ property and clothing.
  10. Communicates all pertinent information to the incoming shift.
  11. Submits a supply list when items are getting low.
  12. Handles problems with residents when they occur.
  13. Trains new detention/sanction officers.
  14. Is responsible for ensuring that the physical and emotional needs of the residents are met, within the defined parameters of the detention center.

Title of position: Food Service Supervisor

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Prepares menus on a monthly basis that meet the nationally recommended food allowances and Nutritional School Lunch Program requirements. Completes daily menu production records and maintains an ongoing file of nutritional labels for review by state and federal agencies. Ensures that the minimum daily food requirements are being met for each meal.
  2. Maintains records of all commodity products. Meets annually with commodity representative to ensure the proper use and storage of commodity items. Establish measures to forecast annual utilization for commodity item.
  3. Must maintain perpetual inventory on all United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) commodities.
  4. Meets quarterly with dietician for review and approval of daily menus.
  5. Orders, inventories, monitors and records all food, supply and equipment purchases. Collects and accounts for all invoices and receipts for disposition to office manager at end of month. Orders, purchases and stocks all food meeting the daily menu requirement.
  6. Collects all invoices and receipts and forwards them to the Receiving.
  7. Adheres to kitchen budgetary guidelines and provisions as established by Assistant Director.
  8. Prepares, develops and monitors the utilization of standardize recipes by kitchen personnel for servicing and preparation of meals to residents and staff. Monitors and documents preparation of special diets and meals for residents with medical or religious dietary restrictions.

Description of essential duties and responsibilities as drug screening program technician:

  1. Directs clients through the various procedures and policies associated with the Drug Screening Program
  2. Collects and test urine samples
  3. Ensures inventory is sufficient to meet demand of DSP
  4. Maintains drug screening records, including client files, invoices, specimens, reports, results and control logs.
  5. Administers alcohol breathalyzer
  6. Collects oral fluid and hair follicle specimens when required
  7. Types results and submits tests results and paperwork to outside agencies in a timely manner.

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Probation officer will provide juvenile intake/probation services to youth and families in Canadian County.
  2. Probation officer will provide transportation of juveniles as ordered by district court judge or as directed by supervisory staff.
  3. Probation officer will provide screenings when juveniles are arrested by law enforcement and placed in detention is requested.
  4. Probation office will provide intervention services to you and families and make referrals for services as necessary.
  5. Probation office will be available to assist in the courtroom to maintain order and ensure efficiency for juvenile court dockets.
  6. Probation offices will supervise and ensure the area contain the holding cells outside the courtroom are maintained and will monitor, supervise and transport any juvenile placed in this area to ensure the health, safety, and security of clients and staff with sight checks being made at least every 15 minutes.
  7. Probation officer will be on call and carry the on-call cell phone on a rotation basis. Probation officer will be responsible for the cell phone being operational with fully-charged battery while on call. Probation officer will be available to provide transportation if needed.
  8. Probation officer will maintain a working cell phone at all times.
  9. Probation office will be at work 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the lunch break will be from noon until 1:00 p.m. Any changes must be approved by the supervisor in advance.
  10. If unable to report to work, probation officer will speak directly to the director as to reason for absence prior to the time that you are required to report for duty.
  11. Probation office will have all JOLTS screens updated for each and every client by Friday at 5:00 p.m. of each week.

  1. Inspects the detention facility daily to ensure that standards of cleanliness, fire health, safety and security are met and reports any problems to the director on duty or call.

  3. Conducts a resident count at both the beginning and end of each shift.

Title of position: Probation Officer

Description of essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Probation officer will provide juvenile intake/probation services to youth and families in Canadian County.
  2. Probation officer will provide transportation of juveniles as ordered by district court judge or as directed by supervisory staff.
  3. Probation officer will provide screenings when juveniles are arrested by law enforcement and placed in detention is requested.
  4. Probation office will provide intervention services to you and families and make referrals for services as necessary.
  5. Probation office will be available to assist in the courtroom to maintain order and ensure efficiency for juvenile court dockets.
  6. Probation offices will supervise and ensure the area contain the holding cells outside the courtroom are maintained and will monitor, supervise and transport any juvenile placed in this area to ensure the health, safety, and security of clients and staff with sight checks being made at least every 15 minutes.
  7. Probation officer will be on call and carry the on-call cell phone on a rotation basis. Probation officer will be responsible for the cell phone being operational with fully-charged battery while on call. Probation officer will be available to provide transportation if needed.
  8. Probation officer will maintain a working cell phone at all times.
  9. Probation office will be at work 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and the lunch break will be from noon until 1:00 p.m. Any changes must be approved by the supervisor in advance.
  10. If unable to report to work, probation officer will speak directly to the director as to reason for absence prior to the time that you are required to report for duty.
  11. Probation office will have all JOLTS screens updated for each and every client by Friday at 5:00 p.m. of each week.
  12. Probation office will coordinate with other departments, agencies and parents to ensure juveniles who are placed in residential programs and who are involved with the bureau have all medical needs and supplies as well as all other needed supplies such as clothing, school work, etc.

Juvenile Court Case Manager

Qualification for position:

The Canadian County Children’s Justice Center is in need of person to work in the role of a Juvenile Court Case Manager. Preference is for an attorney licensed to practice law in this state with at least two (2) years’ experience in juvenile or family law.

As provided in Title 20 Section 128, applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years’ experience working with court procedures, juvenile law or social work will also be considered.

This will be a full time county employee, to be paid by county funds. Otherwise, the provisions of Title 20 Section 128 will generally apply to this position.

The duties of the Juvenile Court Case Manager as set forth in Section 128 will be:

  1. To assist the judge and referee by ensuring that juvenile cases proceed through the court process in a timely and effective manner by accurately tracking cases, ensuring consistent data entry, conducting review of open cases and monitoring open case reports to ensure compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements;
  2. To increase the amount of information available to the court for its consideration by acting as liaison between parties, attorneys and other professionals and the referee and/or judge;
  3. To encourage accountability and communication among professionals, parties, participants and attorneys; and
  4. To perform any other duties necessary to assist the court in carrying out its judicial functions under Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

In addition, the Juvenile Court Case Manager will serve as Coordinator for the Family Treatment Court. In this capacity, the Juvenile Court Case Manager will:

  1. Identify cases appropriate for Family Treatment Court by reviewing open child welfare cases and maintaining contact with workers from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services;
  2. Meet with parents interested in Family Treatment Court to discuss procedures for the Family Treatment Court, and to review policies and contracts with them;

  1. Inspects the detention facility daily to ensure that standards of cleanliness, fire health, safety and security are met and reports any problems to the director on duty or call.
  2. Checks the facility, appliances and equipment to ensure that everything is in good repair and reports any problems to the director on duty or on call.
  3. Conducts a resident count at both the beginning and end of each shift.
  4. Assumes responsibility for the keys of the facility. Ensures that all keys are accurately counted and present in the facility, twice on every shift.
  5. Supervises and evaluates detention/sanction officers on their shift, reporting any problems to the director on duty or on call.
  6. Responsible for dispensing medication to residents as directed by the medical authority.
  7. Coordinates with teachers and the program coordinators on schedules and resident information.

JOB TITLE: Drug Screening Program Technician (Part Time)

Description of essential duties and responsibilities as drug screening program technician:

  • Collects and tests urine samples
  • Ensures inventory is sufficient to meet demand of DSP
  • Maintains drug screening records, including client files, invoices, specimens, reports, results and control logs
  • Administers alcohol breathalyzer
  • Submits tests results and paperwork to outside agencies in a timely manner

  • Works as scheduled by DSP Supervisor on a part-time (PRN) as needed basis

Comp Time: There are two levels of comp time that can be accrued if you are an employee already with Canadian County. If you have an accrual of 80.00 comp, you will be paid for all hours over that 80.00 in your paycheck of the 20th the month after it is accrued. If you have not reached your 80.00 hours then the hours you accrue will be given to you at a rate of time and a half anything over 40 hours.

Qualifications for job: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Must pass background clearance. Must pass certification exams mandated by Drug Screening Program’s lab service providers.

Juvenile Court Case Manager

 

Qualification for position:

The Canadian County Children’s Justice Center is in need of person to work in the role of a Juvenile Court Case Manager. Preference is for an attorney licensed to practice law in this state with at least two (2) years’ experience in juvenile or family law.

 

As provided in Title 20 Section 128, applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in the social sciences or related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years’ experience working with court procedures, juvenile law or social work will also be considered.

 

This will be a full time county employee, to be paid by county funds. Otherwise, the provisions of Title 20 Section 128 will generally apply to this position.

 

The duties of the Juvenile Court Case Manager as set forth in Section 128 will be:

  1. To assist the judge and referee by ensuring that juvenile cases proceed through the court process in a timely and effective manner by accurately tracking cases, ensuring consistent data entry, conducting review of open cases and monitoring open case reports to ensure compliance with all federal and state statutory requirements;
  2. To increase the amount of information available to the court for its consideration by acting as liaison between parties, attorneys and other professionals and the referee and/or judge;
  3. To encourage accountability and communication among professionals, parties, participants and attorneys; and
  4. To perform any other duties necessary to assist the court in carrying out its judicial functions under Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

In addition, the Juvenile Court Case Manager will serve as Coordinator for the Family Treatment Court. In this capacity, the Juvenile Court Case Manager will:

  1. Identify cases appropriate for Family Treatment Court by reviewing open child welfare cases and maintaining contact with workers from the Oklahoma Department of Human Services;
  2. Meet with parents interested in Family Treatment Court to discuss procedures for the Family Treatment Court, and to review policies and contracts with them;
  3. Obtain reports and information from service providers at the Canadian County Children’s Justice Center for weekly staffing; and,
  4. Track cases and ensure consistent data entry and maintain all data related to the Family Treatment Court.

As a full time employee, the Juvenile Case Manager will be eligible for benefits provided by Canadian County.

Description of duties and responsibilities:

  1. Provides clinical services that include screenings, assessments, intake, treatment plan development and psychotherapy for mental health and / or substance use disorder.
  2. Provide mental health and / or substance use individual, family and group counseling services as assigned by supervisor.
  3. Maintains clinical records in accordance with all agency policies and procedures.
  4. Participates in case staffing with specified treatment teams.

Qualifications for the position:

  1. Individual must have a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
  2. Individual must be licensed or be qualified to be under supervision for licensure in the state of Oklahoma as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor / Mental Health (LADC /MH) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Behavioral Practitioner (LBP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with at least 10 hours of documented training in the area of addiction and its treatment.

The C.C.E.C of the Canadian County Children’s Justice Center provides students with extra help to reach learning benchmarks, pass classes, and prepare for tests. Assist in identifying the student’s strengths and weaknesses related to a subject, their learning style, their academic goals, and expectation from teachers. Teach by walking a student through their homework; ask questions to guide the student towards the correct answers while also showing the logic behind an approach to solving problems.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  1. Individual will provide tutorial assistance for students (individuals or small groups), grades six through twelve, in core subjects offered at CCEC.
  2. Help students with daily assignments and special projects and review for test.
  3. Assist teachers with grading and copying as time allows.
